Established in 2016 and experiencing an exciting stage of growth, Morgan + English Commercial Lawyers is a premier boutique legal firm largely in the commercial space with offices in Sydney and the Upper Hunter Valley. Our clients include Agribusinesses, mining services companies, food processors, and transport and haulage companies. This role is designed for an individual who aspires to lead a practice group while enjoying the benefits of a part-time schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Head up our employer workplace relations practice group.
- Client facing role – foster and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate and supervise junior lawyers
- Provide strategic advice on complex employment and industrial relations matters.
- Mentor and guide junior lawyers within the team.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the practice.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years PAE accrued within employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: commercial and strategic.
- Providing solution-based responses to client issues
- Tech Literate: comfortable with change and able to embrace the latest technology
- Proven ability to motivate and manage a team, as well as to work independently.
- Able to adhere to job and client timelines.
