wagyu meat

Long term clients and friends of Morgan + English, Jon and Angie Choi are following their passion, opening a restaurant in Sydney to showcase Crown State’s premium quality Wagyu beef. The Japanese meat store and yakiniku restaurant called ‘Gyusha’ will open in Chippendale next month. The restaurant will sell wagyu from Binnaway, offering customers the option to choose a cut of beef and take it away or grill it at the table.

Crown State is an Australian wagyu beef producer and supplier whose mission is “to produce premium quality Wagyu beef of the highest standard, while being responsible caretakers of the land and livestock.” Gyusha is an extension of the paddock to plate philosophy that Crown State abides by.
