Highly skilled in the Rural Conveyancing sector with an in-depth understanding of rural property matters in our community, Wayne’s specialities include property law, business sales and acquisitions, water licenses and commercial contracts.

Isabel is experienced in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and has worked with mid to large agribusinesses, large horse studs, race horse trainers, and veterinarians. Monica completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting) at Macquarie University. In 2024, Monica undertook an international exchange at the University of York—an experience she describes as the highlight of her studies, both academically and personally.
While Monica doesn’t come from a rural background, she brings a strong sense of curiosity and adaptability to new areas of practice and is always eager to deepen her understanding of different industries and client needs.
Outside the office, Monica is rarely sitting still. She is a passionate and active sports participant, regularly playing oz-tag, touch football andn netball. When she’s not on the field, Monica enjoys reading, exploring hands-on creative pursuits, and is currently learning both Italian and Spanish.

Jonah joined M + E as a paralegal in December 2023. He is currently in his fourth year of a Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Technology Sydney.
Growing up on his family’s thoroughbred stud in Scone, Jonah has a firsthand understanding of the breeding and racing industry. He has a particular interest in the commercial, contractual and governance aspects that underpin the sport. He assists our equine team by providing support to our solicitors, managing client outreach initiatives and learning as much as he can of the legal aspects of the industry.
Outside the office, Jonah is a keen rugby player and a regular bidspotter at bloodstock sales, with a passion for auctioneering
Eliza joined Morgan + English in 2026 as Legal Secretary to Daniel Morgan. She is currently in her fourth year of study at the University of Sydney, completing a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts (International Relations).
Prior to joining M+E, Eliza worked as a Clerk of the Department of Communities and Justice in the Courts Tribunal and Delivery Service team. Her background in public service has provided Eliza with a client-first mindset as she dedicates herself to meaningfully understand our clients’ varied needs and challenges in an evolving commercial landscape.
Despite growing up in Sydney, Eliza is a shameless green thumb, bringing a passion for environmental conservation and sustainability to M+E’s work with the agricultural and thoroughbred industries. She is particularly interested in how the firm is helping our clients navigate emerging Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) concerns across the mining and agribusiness sectors.

Chloe joined Morgan + English in 2023 as a Paralegal. As a Law and Communications student, she is fascinated by the intersection of legal, creative, and strategic thinking.
In 2025, Chloe transitioned into a new role as Business Development Coordinator, supporting the firm’s brand strategy and client relationships. Alex is Morgan + English’s Brand & Marketing Coordinator, supporting the firm’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and client communications. With a background in creative strategy, Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Advanced Studies from the University of Sydney (2025), majoring in Media & Communications and Marketing. As the Property Administration Assistant, I am responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of property matters, along with providing legal support to the legal property staff. My job satisfaction comes from seeing through property settlements from start to finish, delivering a seamless and no-fuss service for clients going through their important purchase or sale.
Outside of work, I love to keep active through water skiing in summer and going on long rides as a pillion passenger on my husband’s Ducati motorbike, before relaxing with a good book and glass of red.
Georgia is the Accounts Receivable officer for M+E responsible for debtor management, following up outstanding payments and working closely with the M + E accounts team.
Georgia has worked across a number of industries mainly the commercial property industry with over 11 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
Georgia has a passion for agriculture with her involvement in their family cattle stud. Outside of work Georgia loves to keep fit and active spending time at the beach and in nature with her young children.
