Vinery Stud conducted its annual stallion parade on Saturday the 26th of August and the ‘full house’ sign was out. ‘More Than Ready’ is now in his 20th year and continues to thrive shuttling to Winstar Farm in Kentucky.
‘Press Statement’ also looked in fine fettle prior to the commencement of his second season at stud.
The new boy on the block ‘Star Turn’ retires to Vinery this season having had a very exciting racing career and looks to be a great prospect. Alan Bell, his owner, provided the crowd with a few insights in respect to the horses character. Congratulations to the team at Vinery, led by Peter Orton, and very ably supported by David White, Adam White, Conor Phelan and Melanie Caban. The huge crowd enjoyed the lovely weather and fantastic horses.
